When you care for the children of family, friends or neighbors (FFN), you are providing critical support in helping children, families and the community thrive. You are more than a babysitter; and we are here to help support your work.

Eligibility

Family, Friend and Neighbor (FFN) caregivers are home-based caregivers working outside of the formal child care system. Caregivers include grandparents, aunts, uncles, elders, older siblings, friends, neighbors, and others who provide informal child care.

Benefits

FFN navigators provide ongoing support to FFN caregivers. Available support includes one-on-one meetings with local navigators, training, resource kits and more.
