Report suspected vulnerable adult abuse, neglect or financial exploitation. If you suspect something is wrong, speak up. One conversation could change someone’s life.

To report child abuse or neglect, contact the county or Tribal Nation where the child lives. If the child is in immediate risk of harm, please contact your local law enforcement agency or dial 911. If your concern is related to a child care center, call DCYF at 651-539-8222.

We accept tips and referrals from all sources about potential fraud, waste or abuse involving DCYF-funded programs. Your reports help us ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent efficiently.
