PartnerLink is a resource for Minnesota's county and Tribal Nation agencies, focusing on policies and procedures from the Department of Children, Youth, and Families and the Department of Human Services.

Bulletins are official communications from the Department of Children, Youth, and Families and the Department of Human Services. 

The manuals section of PartnerLink contains links to more than 30 program manuals. 

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families and the Department of Human Services, in cooperation with counties and Tribal Nations, license approximately 20,000 service providers and monitor and investigate compliance with Minnesota laws and rules. Licensing protects the health, safety and rights of those receiving services by requiring providers to meet minimum standards of care and physical environment.

The Minnesota Merit System announces civil service examinations for employment in the social services and human services agencies in 29 of Minnesota's 87 counties. 

The County and Tribal Nation Directory includes addresses and contact information for county and Tribal Nation human service agencies.

The vision of the performance management system is to create an equitable human services system, which ensures effective services and positive outcomes for Minnesota residents through accountability, continuous improvement, cultural responsiveness and partnership. It can be found in PartnerLink. 

The Intergovernmental Advisory Committee (IAC) brings human services leaders and elected officials from counties and participating Tribal Nations together to advise the DCYF Commissioner on how Minnesota plans for, designs, administers, funds, and evaluates services for children, youth, and families. The IAC was co-developed among DCYF, interested Tribal Nations, the Association of Minnesota Counties, and the Minnesota Association of County Social Services Administrators.
