We accept tips and referrals from all sources about potential fraud or abuse involving DHS funded programs.
All reports are forwarded to the appropriate entity for review. Although every report is reviewed, not all reports result in an investigation or action.
Programs are transitioning to the Department of Children, Youth, and Families between July 2024 and July 2025. Content and documents will be updated and changed during this transition.
