Summary: DCYF opened its doors on July 1, 2024, and has been directed by the legislature under Minnesota Statutes, section 142A.05(a) to make changes to administrative rules as necessary related to the transfer of responsibilities from the Departments of Education, Health, Human Services, and Public Safety to DCYF.
