Governor's Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC)

The Governor's Interagency Coordinating Council advises and assists the Departments of Children, Youth, and Families and Education in meeting their responsibilities for implementation of Part C (infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families) and Part B/619 (preschool special education).
