Minnesota Tribal Resources for Early Childhood Care (MNTRECC) provides technical assistance and support to Tribal child care programs throughout the state of Minnesota.

Child care professionals affiliated with one of the 11 federally recognized Tribal Nations in Minnesota, or those seeking to incorporate more Native American culture/language within their programming.
