October 3, 2025
DCYF is seeking diverse perspectives to support youth in the child welfare system.
The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families, through its Child Safety and Permanency Administration (STATE), is seeking applications from qualified Responders to become trained and certified Qualified Individuals (QIs).
QIs complete assessments for the placement of children in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) and determine the least restrictive environment appropriate for the child and their needs.
The contract term will be one year, with the possibility of extending to two years.
