RFP to operate Minnesota Tribal Resources for Early Childhood Care

The department, through its Child Care Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified responders for one grantee to operate Minnesota Tribal Resources for Early Childhood Care (MNTRECC) to support Tribal child care programs and facilitate collaboration between Tribal child care programs and the Child Care Aware of Minnesota System. 

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2028. STATE may extend the contract to a total of five (5) years.

Eligible responders to this RFP are limited to any of the 11 federally recognized Tribal Nations that share geography with Minnesota.
