The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) American Indian Wellbeing Unit offers the following Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and Minnesota Indian Preservation Act (MIFPA) training. Register through Minnesota Partner Link (Train Link).

- This training will provide a general overview of the six major provisions of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act (MIFPA). It will be an interactive training with time for questions. PowerPoint and resources will be provided.
