Open grant RFPs

Requests for proposals (RFP) or information (RFI) are formal invitations to potential contractors or grantees to submit a proposal or information in response to an agency request. Open RFP requests for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families are listed below in order of deadline. Open each headline to view more information and supporting documents for a grant RFP or RFI. 

During the transition to DCYF (July 2024-July 2025), grant RFPs and supporting documents may have old agency logos and information. Contact the person or division listed in the RFP or RFI with any questions about the particular opportunity or for more program-related information.


Requests for Proposals


To deliver Minnesota Indigenous Paths to Parenthood curriculum

The department is seeking proposals from qualified responders to deliver the Indigenous Paths to Parenthood curriculum. Eligible grantees include Indigenous community-based organizations, Tribal government entities, and schools who have Indigenous pupil populations.

Responders must have the expertise and current capacity to provide a curriculum pilot project to a group of participants enrolled in their organization who are ages sixteen to twenty-five (16-25) and come from Indigenous backgrounds. Responders must be both located and conduct grant activities in the State of Minnesota.

Due: Feb. 27, 2026 by 4 p.m.
