Please visit the Department of Human Services RFP and Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) grant pages for RFPs posted during July.

Open grant RFPs

Requests for proposals (RFP) or information (RFI) are formal invitations to potential contractors or grantees to submit a proposal or information in response to an agency request. Open RFP requests for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families are listed below in order of deadline. Open each headline to view more information and supporting documents for a grant RFP or RFI.

Requests for Proposals


To provide forensic interview training

The department, through its Child Safety and Permanency (CSP) Administration, is seeking a grantee to provide training or scholarships for basic and advanced forensic interview training to multidisciplinary team members working in the State of Minnesota.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from January 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027, STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.

To Implement the Parent Leadership Training Institute

The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families, through its Child Safety and Permanency Division (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to implement the Parent Leadership Training Institute curriculum in regions. The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for three (3) years, from May 1, 2026, until June 30, 2029. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.

Due: Jan. 15, 2026 by 4 p.m.
