The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families, through its Child Care Services Division, is seeking Proposals from qualified responders to provide relationship-based professional development services and technical assistance to support best practices for inclusion of children of all abilities in licensed child care programs. 

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2027.

Proposals must be submitted by Dec. 13, at 4 p.m.
