Visit Help Me Connect to find local resources that provide family support and early childhood services across Minnesota and 11 Tribal Nations' lands. The site is available in English, Spanish, Somali and Hmong.

It includes 15,000 database listings that provide access to programs such as:

  • Home visiting
  • Developmental screening
  • Parenting and pregnancy support
  • Early learning/pre-kindergarten
  • Mental health
  • Food and housing assistance
  • Immigrant/refugee support

Users can search for resources that support individual family needs, such as language access, children with disabilities and flexible payment options.

Help Me Connect includes services and resources from community organizations, non-profits, for-profits (licensed by the state of Minnesota) and government agencies.

It is a joint initiative between Minnesota's Departments of Children, Youth and Families; Education; Health; Human Services; and the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet.
