DCYF is seeking to provide relationship-based professional development services (RBPD) and professional development (PD) supports in licensed child care programs to support the implementation of health and safety best practices in Minnesota.

DYCF, through its Child Care Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified responders to contract for the Health and Safety RBPD and PD Supports Project.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two (2) years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
