Title

Additional Child Care Assistance Program Site Visits

Intro

Earlier this year, DCYF announced it would conduct additional on-site compliance checks to child care programs that participate in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). This page contains information about the additional compliance checks. For general information on how to stay in compliance with CCAP, visit the child care assistance compliance webpage.

In Minnesota and nationally, there has been increased attention on child care oversight, including how public funds are used to support families.

Part of the agency's responsibility is to verify that children are being cared for safely and the requirements of the Child Care Assistance Program are being met. That is how we can show families, taxpayers and providers that public dollars are being used as intended.
