Title
Become a Registered Legal Nonlicensed Provider
Intro
Family, Friend and Neighbor caregivers who care for children eligible for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) may be interested in registering as a legal nonlicensed (LNL) provider so they can be paid by CCAP to care for eligible children. Your local FFN navigator can assist you in the registration process.
The Child Care Assistance Program Legal Nonlicensed Provider Handbook (DHS-5260A) is a supplement to the Minnesota Child Care Assistance Program Provider Guide (DHS-5260) which provides important information for all providers registered with the program.
