RFP to Implement and Expand Prevention Services
The department, through its Child Safety and Permanency Division, is seeking to implement and expand prevention services, defined as services provided to families that are intended to prevent child welfare involvement and to avoid out-of-home placement.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from March 1, 2026, until June 30, 2028.
Proposals due: January 23, 2026
