TEFAP Forms and Resources
Become a TEFAP Distribution Site
Interested providers can apply directly to the regional Food Bank in their area for consideration to become a TEFAP Distribution Site. At a minimum, providers must be a registered 501(c)(3) food shelf or a Tribal Nation.
Please review the MN TEFAP Policy and Operations Manual and related guidance to ensure the provider is able meet compliance expectations.
